Products

Each Horizon product (Percept, Mochi, Day9 and any future releases) is governed by its own end-user license agreement (EULA), which will be presented inside the product and linked from the App Store listing. These terms do not replace those EULAs.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is the property of Horizon Designs LTDA or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Disclaimers

The site and any pre-release product information are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Features, release dates, and pricing for unreleased products may change at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon Designs LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
